Brooke Trapp Schoen joined YOSA in May 2023. Brooke has over 10 years of experience as a piano instructor and earned a doctorate in piano pedagogy from Texas Tech University in 2020. Enthusiastic about forging a new trajectory in her music career, she is eager to leverage her writing, collaboration, and research skills to enhance fundraising efforts for the talented student musicians at YOSA.
While Brooke is not writing grants, managing the donor database, and planning events for YOSA, she finds joy in reading, experimenting with new recipes alongside her husband, Andrew, and unwinding with TV shows. Brooke and Andrew cherish moments spent with their beloved critters: Bowser and Smokey, the cats, and Holly, the dog.
